(1861) circular datestamp on light gray lithographed "Goodrich & Co. Wholesale Grocers and Commission Merchants" overall advertising cover to Memphis Tenn., stamp with faint small corner crease at top left which is utterly inconsequential but mentioned on accompanying certificate, Extremely Fine, remarkably choice and attractive example of the Third Printing, which is quite scarce on cover, ex Kilbourne and Felton, with 2012 C.S.A. certificate
