VERY FINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 6-CENTAVOS DARK BROWN OFFICIAL WITH "VICTORY" OVERPRINT. ONE OF THE RAREST OF ALL THE PHILIPPINES ISSUES.
