Strip of five made from three separate government Perf 11 splices, positions 1, 2 and 5 were singles and have been spliced with each other and the pair comprising positions 3 and 4 (the pair is of course Perf 10), the gum is not hinged but has some disturbances as might be expected from the manufacture of this unusual piece, Fine and rare, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate
