Pair, choice centering and margins, rich color, neat duplex cancels, fresh and Extremely Fine, a very rare used pair in this quality, with 2015 P.F. certificate (VF-XF 85), by way of comparison the P.S.E. Population Report lists only three graded used pairs with the highest at 75, this was the finest example Mr. Depew was able to acquire after years of searching
