10c Milky Blue, Frameline (10a). Margins which are large enough to show four full framelines but the framelines are slightly enhanced with ink that has oxidized to black (was blue in photo on 2009 certificate), pastel color, Charlestown Va. circular datestamp, faintly toned in area of ear and neck, faintly scuffed on the throat, Extremely Fine appearance, signed Dietz and accompanied by his note, with 2009 and 2019 P.F. certificates -- the former issued before the frameline enhancements oxidized to black (and not mentioned)
