VERY FINE. A RARE AND BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT IMPERFORATE PLAYING CARDS ISSUE. ONE OF THE RAREST FIRST ISSUE REVENUE STAMPS.

This issue is exceedingly difficult to find in sound condition. While the cancel has been lightened, this stamp has none of the faults that plague the majority of recorded examples.
