VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A RARE AND BEAUTIFUL LIGHTLY CANCELLED USED PAIR OF THE 2-CENT TYPE VII IMPERFORATE OFFSET ISSUE.

Our informal review of auction catalogues and the records of The Philatelic Foundation found four blocks of four and nine pairs, of which only four are sound. The sound example offered here is one of only three used pairs we have offered since keeping computerized records.
