Ex "Scarsdale", "Westchester" and "Golden State". With 1997 P.F. and 2007 P.S.E. certificates (Gem 100 Jumbo; unpriced in this grade in SMQ, SMQ $1,900.00 as 100). The highest grade possible and the only to achieve it. This stamp has attracted strong interest every time it has been sold -- $4,500 hammer in the 2007 "Scarsdale" sale, $5,250 hammer in the "Westchester" sale and $6,250 hammer in the recent "Golden State" sale. Moving down the scale, one is graded 100 (we have never offered it) and only four are graded 98 -- low Population Report numbers.
