With 2002 P.F. and 2016 P.S.E. certificates (Gem 100; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98). This Scott 396 pair stands alone as the only Mint N.H. pair to achieve the perfect grade of Gem 100. Six singles have also been graded 100, one of which is offered in the following lot. The highest graded guide line pair is the 90 offered in the previous lot.
