Choice centering and margins, rich color, light circular datestamp cancel, fresh and Extremely Fine, with 2017 and 2018 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $750.00), the highest grade awarded to a used single of Scott 351 and it has been equaled by only two others, collectors seeking this used coil in the highest grades will have few opportunities for purchase outside of this sale, the highest pair recorded is one example at 90, offered in the previous lot, there is no used line pair in any grade in the P.S.E.
