Div. 6-13 1891" double-oval datestamp on blue linen-lined oversize cover to William Waldorf Astor in London, England, New York registry label is faulty, London registry datestamp at right, 15c Indigo (227), which does not originate affixed next to 90c, 90c small tear at bottom right, cover with tears and creasesFINE APPEARANCE.
