Mint N.H. pair, deep and distinctive color in the Carmine Lake shade, choice centering, Extremely Fine, with 2017 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90; SMQ $550.00), since this is the highest grade awarded to a Mint N.H. pair (shared by three others) we are at a loss as to why the SMQ value is less than Scott Retail value
