Joint line pair without crease between stamps, a tiny moisture spot on gum of left stamp in margin knocks it out of Mint N.H. category but otherwise the gum is pristine, large margins, Extremely Fine, with 1980 and 1999 P.F. certificates as Mint N.H., with 2009 P.F. certificate as hinged (XF 90)
