Plate 4, rich color and bright paper, sharp impression, light strike of blue town datestamp, centered slightly to left but showing clear breaks at top and bottomVERY FINE AND CHOICE. AN ATTRACTIVE EXAMPLE OF THE 1857 ONE-CENT PERFORATED TYPE III STAMP WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TYPE.
