Margins to irregular at right, clear roulettes, inside a mount affixed to envelope with printed "New Orleans, La." address, Fine, these were prepared for use but never used because Baton Rouge fell to U.S. forces, they originate from the "desk find" group acquired by Raymond Weill in 1938
