Balance of approximately 45 stamps on album pages, mostly blocks and pairs including one used block on piece, numerous used pairs, some with blue cancels, lots of Virginia originations including two pairs with blue University of Virginia double-circle datestamp, also a pair with Randolph Macon College circular datestamp, some varieties including "White Tie", a few minor flaws but overall a Fine balance and desirable with the college cancels
