Mint N.H. block of four with wide bottom selvage, frames dramatically shifted to top with "United States Postage" appearing at the bottom of the top row and missing altogether from the bottom row, gum crease in bottom right stamp and selvage, a spectacular shift, we have offered a handful of examples of this issue with strong vignette shifts but this is the first we have seen with this major frame shift
