A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1917 3-CENT PERF 10 AT EITHER TOP OR BOTTOM. NONE ARE KNOWN UNUSED, AND ONLY SEVEN SINGLES AND A PAIR ARE KNOWN USED.
