1860, 2c Black, Grayish (16). Plate 3-C, Type VIII (Westerberg Position 8), raised "IN" of "INTER", full even margins, crisp and dark impression, cancelled by red "POSTAGE PAID" in oval handstamp, filled thin and sealed tear, Very Fine appearance, a stamp with great visual appeal, to us this stamp is somewhat of a mystery, the paper looks more to us like that normally associated with Scott 18 stamps printed from Plate 5-A, with 2017 P.F. certificate as Scott 16 and so offered on that basis, illustrated in Westerberg plating book, with 2017 P.F. certificate
