2c Carmine Rose, Ty. IV, "Wilson" Roulette (532 var). Block of nine, with horizontal "Wilson" roulettes and imperforate vertically, brilliant color, left stamps light creases, Fine-Very Fine appearance, very unusual imperforate in one direction, these were privately perforated by J. Hull Wilson at a bank in Pittsburgh Pa., the bank seized them as collateral for an unpaid loan, rouletted them, and used them on mail, with 2016 P.S.E. certificate
