1c Green, 2c Carmine, "Wilson" Roulettes (481 var, 482 var). Blocks of four, 1c bottom left stamp Mint N.H., 2c bottom stamps Mint N.H., bright colors, Very Fine and choice, these were privately perforated by J. Hull Wilson at a bank in Pittsburgh Pa., the bank seized them as collateral for an unpaid loan, rouletted them, and used them on mail, with 2016 P.S.E. certificates
