Four proofs removed from their card backing (or remainders that were never on cards), both 15c types present, fresh colors, Very Fine, since it is very difficult to remove the Roosevelt proofs from their card backing without causing wrinkling or more severe damage (and these are all sound), it seems possible that these were never in the presentation albums to begin with, each with 2016 P.F. certificate
