Transit Nov. 12" circular datestamp, blue Paris receiving postmark, small boxed "PD" handstamp, cover with some expertly repaired opening tears along top edge not affecting stamps and not mentioned on accompanying certificate, appears Very Fine, with 2000 P.F. certificate
