VERY FINE STRIKE OF THE WATERBURY SMALL BEE FANCY CANCEL ON A 3-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL COVER.

The Waterbury Small Bee is one of the more available of Postmaster John W. Hill's pictorial designs, but covers with clear strikes are rare. With 2008 P.F. certificate.
