With right selvage showing portion of registration markers, slightly tropicalized original gum, bright color, Fine and most attractive from these positions, this error was caused when one sheet was misfed into the printing press, and the right vertical row of ten did not receive the overprint, two additional copies are known caused by a foldover, with 1991 P.F. certificate
