Sep. 18" integral-rate circular datestamp, used with Blood's City Despatch, Philadelphia Pa., (1c) Bronze on Black Glazed (15L17), ample margins to slightly in at left, uncancelled, tiny hole, on blue 1848 folded letter to Pittsburgh Pa., cover with internal repaired tear below but not affecting the circular datestampVERY FINE APPEARANCE.
