Sep. 18" integral-rate circular datestamp, used with Blood's City Despatch, Philadelphia Pa., (1c) Bronze on Black Glazed (15L17), ample margins to slightly in at left, uncancelled, tiny hole, on blue 1848 folded letter to Pittsburgh Pa., cover with internal repaired tear below but not affecting the circular datestamp

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE AND CHOICE QUALITY COMBINATION OF THE 10-CENT 1847 ISSUE AND BLOOD'S SMALL "POST OFFICE" STAMP.
