Large bottom margin, frameline at right and traces on other sides, slight oxidation, uncancelled on folded cover to local street address, faint blue Philadelphia circular datestamp and "2" in circle drop-rate marking, slightly worn, file fold and small tear at bottom, Very Fine appearance, a rare stamp that appears to have been used on this folded letter with "2" drop-rate marking, this is one of approximately 18 reported Yellow 7LB9 carrier stamps on cover, there is a "W.H.C." backstamp on the inside behind the stamp, which indicates Warren H. Colson considered the use genuine, but we must offer it on its own merits, ex Hall, Stimmell and from our Sale 285 (Mar. 31, 1965), which featured the Philip H.
