Radiant color, nicely complemented by blue grid cancel, also trace of red postmark at bottom, well-balanced margins, Very Fine and choice, with 1988 P.F. certificate as rare Olive Yellow (67b), with 2018 P.F. certificate as Brown Yellow (67a), the stamp has not changed color in 30 years, leaving us to wonder what did change
