With right plate no. 20088 selvage, original gum with small part regumming (see below for explanation), mathematically perfect centering with wide margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate as Mint N.H. (Gem 100), with 2016 P.F. certificate which states "natural vertical 2mm gum skip along the right edge which has been fraudulently covered with a layer of gum making it appear fully gummed and Mint N.H.", in either case this is a stunning stamp
