Mint N.H. with bottom right corner plate no. 19191 selvage, remarkable margins and centering, excellent color, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $375.00), only one has graded higher (at 100) and five others share this grade but obviously not all (if any) are plate no. positions like the stamp offered here
