Jumbo margins and perfect centering, deep rich frame color, double-struck oval cancels, fresh in every respect, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2017 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 95), the highest grade awarded to a used 10c Pan-American, the only other denominations to grade 98J or higher in used condition are the 2c and 5c, the next highest grade for a 10c is 95
