HAWAII, 1893, 18c Dull Rose, Black Ovpt., Pair, One Without Ovpt. (71g). Unused (no gum), h.r. reinforcing some perf separations but the pair is intact, bright colorFINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE PAIR OF THE 1893 18-CENT DULL ROSE ISSUE, SHOWING ONE WITH AND ONE WITHOUT THE BLACK OVERPRINT.
