Block of four with left part imprint selvage,, original gum, h.r. top pair, each ovpt. printed diagonally and shifted vertically, creating horizontally split ovpts. on left pair and in selvage, the lower right stamp (which has a pulled perf) the only one with a normal (though skewed) ovpt., Fine and striking variety, with 2004 P.F. certificate
