Plate 3-C, Type IX (Westerberg Position 9), huge margins to full, tiny nicks at top entirely in margin, neat brush stroke cancel at center and also at bottom right, diagonal crease at rightEXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1859-63 2-CENT HAWAIIAN NUMERAL WITH THE "2" AT TOP.
