Plate 1-A, Type VII (Westerberg Position 7), full to large margins, dark shade (possibly Scott 13a), cancelled by portion of red "POSTAGE PAID" in oval handstamp, accompanying certificate notes "slightly toned along the right side" which is really only barely discernible on the back and should have been disregarded

FRESH AND VERY FINE. AN ATTRACTIVE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1859 2-CENT BLUE HAWAIIAN NUMERAL ISSUE.
