IIIa with small margin tear at top, appears Fine, Position 81L1E is not only an inverted transfer position, but the Neinken book describes it as the "finest" example of Type IIIa on Plate 1 Early, with 1980 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as pair without premium for the double transfer one inverted position
