FRESH AND FINE. AN ATTRACTIVE AND RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED BOOKLET PANE WITH BOTTOM LEFT STAMP CONTAINING THE "WEALTH COMMON-" ERROR.

Only 24 were issued, which would have been six complete booklets. We are now aware of four intact booklets, so only eight should be available as single panes. We have offered only four other single panes since keeping computerized records.
