3c Paul Dudley White, Tagging Omitted (2179b). Mint N.H. pane of 100 with plate no. 2 at top right corner and zip block at bottom right, rich color, fresh and Very Fine, very rare especially as an intact pane, Scott Catalogue notes the tagging omitted error appeared before the untagged variety (Scott 2170a) and can be distinguished by the plate nos., only plates 2 and 3 produced the error, this intact pane is a great rarity, accompanied by normal pane from plate 2 for comparison and also a block of 24 believed to be the variety but not counted due to lack of plate no., Scott Retail as 100 singles
