Mint N.H., brilliant color and crisp impression, almost perfectly centered with huge margins, Extremely Fine Gem, a gorgeous stamp, the rotary press waste issues are notoriously difficult to obtain in such superb condition, ex "Scarsdale" and "Hanover", with 2003 P.F. and 2007 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $850.00), this is the highest grade awarded and only six others have achieved this desirable grade
