Large margins to full, large "B & W, 1+6 11" perforated cancel, few small paper flaws, thin spot, appears Very Fine, only 23 are recorded in Priester census (same number as on Light Blue paper), we have offered only one other since keeping computerized records, ex "Scarsdale"
