1902, (33-1/3c) Surcharge on 53-1/3c Violet on Dark Blue, -1/3bbl., No. REA68, Beer (REA73; Priester 79). Large margins to in, deep rich colors, "E B R Co. + 7 + 8 . 10" perforated cancel, few faults including creasesFINE APPEARANCE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1902 ONE-THIRD BARREL PROVISIONAL ISSUE.
