1898, ($4.00) Ty. B Surcharge on $2.00 Brown on Dark Blue, 1hhd., No. REA43f, Beer (REA57; Priester 59B). Unused (no gum), with bottom sheet margin and large margins all around, couple negligible flaws, fresh and Extremely Fine for this scarce issue, only 15 are recorded in the Priester census, ex Tolman and "Scarsdale", this is by far the nicer of the two we have offered since keeping computerized records
