1898, (33-1/3c) Ty. B Surcharge on 16-2/3c Light Brown on Light Blue, -1/6bbl., No. REA38d, Beer (REA52; Priester 47B). Two large margins, others cut in, purple Portland Ore. brewer's Aug. 10, 1899 datestamp, faults including two small tack holes, Very Good and scarce, only nine are recorded in the Priester census and we have offered only one other since keeping computerized records, ex Tolman and "Scarsdale", with 2012 P.F. certificate
