1898, ($1.00) Ty. C Surcharge on 50c Orange on Dark Blue, -1/2bbl, No. REA41f, Beer (REA48a; Priester 55C). Priester Type 15A surcharge, large margins to just in including part of adjoining stamp at left, few flaws including crease and internal tear, otherwise Fine, only 39 are recorded in the Priester census for the various Type C surcharge types but this is the first we have offered since keeping computerized records, ex "Scarsdale"
