Large margins to full, intense colors, light strike of blue handstamp cancel, small faults including small repair at top, otherwise Very Fine, scarce, only nine are recorded in the Priester census, we have offered only one other (in similar condition) since keeping computerized records, ex "Scarsdale", with 2012 P.F. certificate
