Large margins to just in, rich color, showing clear silk fibers in the paper, neat manuscript cancel, light creasesVERY FINE APPEARANCE. THE 1866 ONE-EIGHTH BARREL ON SILK PAPER IS ONE OF THE GREAT RARITIES OF THE FIRST ISSUE BEER STAMPS. ONLY ONE EXAMPLE IS REPORTED IN THE PRIESTER CENSUS.
