Mint N.H., outstanding centering, intense color on post office fresh paper, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $1,000.00), only one has graded higher and three share this impressive grade, the 10c Kansas has the smallest population of stamps graded 98 or better among all the Kansas-Nebraska ovpts.
