Mint N.H. joint line pair, wide margins and precise centering, pastel color, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2004 and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $475.00), this is the highest grade awarded to a joint line pair and it is shared by only five others, P.S.E. does not even price this issue at the 98 grade and we feel the price for the 95 grade does not adequately convey its rarity in this condition
