2c Rose Carmine, Ty. III (279Bc). Mint N.H., brilliant color, wide margins, Extremely Fine, this is an extremely difficult stamp to find in Mint N.H. condition in the higher grades, the P.S.E. Population Report statistics bear this out as there are a mere six stamps graded 85 or better, with 1995, 2004 P.F. and 2005 P.S.E. certificates (VF-XF 85; SMQ $1,300.00), only four have been graded higher
