1c-10c Trans-Mississippi (285-290). 1c-4c Mint N.H., additional 4c and 5c-10c lightly hinged, rich color except first 4c oxidized, attractive centering and margins, overall Very Fine short set, the oxidized 4c with 2013 P.S.E. certificate (VF 80), 10c with copy of 2003 P.F. certificate for Mint N.H. block, but we feel this single would likely be called lightly hinged on a new certificate (counted as such)
